Before you can volunteer, it’s essential to understand and communicate with the Deaf community. The first step is to enroll in our Basic Filipino Sign Language Class. The class is interactive and designed to equip you with the necessary skills to communicate in Filipino Sign Language.
After completing the class, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion – your ticket to starting your journey as a Kakamay Movement volunteer. This certificate ensures that you are ready to engage with the Deaf community and support our mission effectively.
